Welcome! I have over 20 years of administration experience after leaving school and heading straight into Business Administration & Information Technology NVQ's.

I have worked within the NHS, Local Government, Legal and Education sectors.

I specialise in Podcast Administration, Audio Typing and Transcriptions but can offer support in many other areas.

My goal is to help business owners get a better work/life balance and to help them grow.

General Administration

Whether you need a digital filing system created or data entering into Excel, Google Sheets or CRM software, I can help you.

Having trained as a personal assistant I am able to support you with email management and diary management.

PODCAST Admin

I can help you with your podcast administration post-recording.

I can provide you with our 'Core' package which consists of a transcription service and the creation of social media graphics and audiogram with closed captions.

We also have various bolt-ons we have created to ensure you are maximising your podcast service to the fullest.

Customer Service Support

I can assist you with outgoing sales calls to introduce you to potential new customers or suppliers as well as follow up calls with existing customers.

Transcription & Audio Typing

I can transcribe any video or audio into a well-presented transcription or blog.

This includes, but not limited to, Facebook Lives, Instagram videos, YouTube Videos or Podcasts / Vlogs.

Open up your information to a whole new audience by providing a written record for those who prefer the information this way or who are hard of hearing.

Blog Posts

Do you need a blog post writing but don't have the time, then I can help. From 150 words to 500 words and anything in between I can support you

My time includes the research of the topic to ensure all information is correct at the time of writing.

How the session works

This is YOUR time, so the session can work how you wish. We will always begin with a Google-meet call, to speak with you (video is not mandatory) to ensure we discuss the plan for the session.

You may then wish to leave the call and I'll continue the work till your time is up - ensuring this is shared with you.

You may wish to use the time to form a plan of action for further sessions and make a start.

The main point here - this is YOUR time with an experienced professional.
